Our first tip is to pick a colour which will compliment your current furniture décor as an initial theme. If you are thinking of using bright and bold colours and want to give colour blocking a go then use shades that are directly opposite on the colour wheel. So that’s matching oranges with blues and purples and yellows with pinks and reds. If this is a bit too out there for you, then try using similar colours in different shades of what you already have.
Tip 2:
Our second tip is to think outside the square (cushion). So what we mean is mixing it up. The cushions don’t have to be the same size and style.
